   As we know the majority of earth's surface is covered by seas and ocean that makes up 71% of the surface of the earth and the remaining 29% for land . Same like this 60-70% of human body is made up of water so you can see that water measures the large part Of our nature and our body.
  It is an essential component for survival.a human body is able to survive for at least three weeks without food but would typically only last three to four days without water.
  Which carries nutrients to all organs , tissues, cells in our body from carbohydrates, proteins,fats, that we eat and carries oxygen to brain, Water regulates the temperature of body and maintain other bodily functions like it protects our spinal cord and joints, helps in digestion which is very important to excrete waste and toxins from the body.
   Water helps to enhance hydration and firmness in the skin also minimize wrinkles and dark spots to maintain the skin glowing and youthful.
There are many functions of water ,if I start to list it out then there will not be the end so let's just move to the tips and tricks of how to hydrate our body.

   • How should water should we consume ?

You should have about 3-4 litres of water in a  day start your day with one litres of water.

   • How should we drink water ?

There is a phrase that 'Drink your food and chew your water'. slowly sip your water. like you sip your tea and coffee , Which allows Water to stay in your mouth for a while , so that it can get mixed with alkaline saliva.

   •How to improve the quality of water ?

You can add any harbal into it like basil leaves, neem leave, mint leaves, ginger , lemon etc.

  • which material should we use ?

Overall studies showed that people do not know  which material benefits the more , material affect the quality of water by contamination and reaction.by choosing proper material for storing water,you can multiply the benefits of water.
    It is recommended that you should store your water in copper . Copper reacts with water , which is beneficial for your body.
     Do not transfer copper charged water into other material container.if you do not like the copper taste , you can use borocilicate glass.it doesn't affect the quality of water
      Clay pots can be used in summer. If you want little bit cold water.

     • what should be the temperature of water ?

generally we should drink normal room temperature water 
    If you drink leukwarm water before 1 hour of your meal and after 1hour your meal , it helps in proper digestion.try to drink leukwarm water always.
      In summar it is difficult but you can drink earthen pots water ( made up of clay ).

      • when should we drink water ? 

• Whenever you feel thirsty drink water.
• As we told that in the morning you should have one litre of water, without brushing your teeth, because morning saliva is very effective.
• be specific about the ratio of water consumption with respect to time.
• Remaining 3-4 litre of water intake should be covered along the day.
•At least 1 hour before and ,1 hour after your meal , you should drink warm water, please do not drink in between.

      • what should be the position while drinking water ?
 
Study suggests that 99% people drink water in wrong way , due to which unintentionally they harm their body.
Don't  ignore your health ,   

Don't try these wrong ways of drinking water 

1. Drink water just before and after your meal.
2. Drink water in standing position.
3. drink water too fast.
4. More water in one time.
5. Drink water forcefully , just because someone      told.
6. Drink less water be like thirsty.
