When you talk about  health, it doesn't  mean that your are healthy, so you don't  have any disease.  When you get up in the morning , do you feel energetic?                                                           You eat dead food the junked food, and want to live longer  and energetic... this is impossible..         there is phrase ' you are what you eat'. So whatever we are is totally depend on the type of food that we consume. It also affect  on our emotions, nature and thoughts. If you want to be fit and healthy you need to eat good food.                    We should  try to maintain balance of taste in our life. You should have all these six kind of tastes in your food that are sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy, savory.                                                          If you try to intake these type of food you will enjoy  the food with all its benefits.                              Here are some tips about  your intake of food.. please  try to follow these , you will experience  benefits..                                                                              So let's  start i will tell you how  to start your day for healthy  life..

    • You should start  your day with alkaline juice so that the acid which has created in your stomach can be balanced. you can have coconut  water, lime water, cucumber  soaked water etc.

 • What should  be the breakfast?                               In your breakfast try to have regional  and seasonal fruits so that the solid food (cooked one) which you are going  to eat, can be easily get digested you may have some dry fruits with it as a protein source for energy.                                           Always  prefer  natural proteins..which come from dal and fruits.. the best dal is mung dal and udad dal..

   • What should  be the lunch?                                    You can have cooked food now try to have different  type of grains in your  diet and have different  types of dal with it. and the veggie / Salad plays major role. It helps in digestion.             Try to eat with gravy that is liquidish  form, and chew your food for 32 times.

  • What should  be the dinner.?                                  Dinner should  be light in weight and calories. there is phrase  in hindi 'Alpahari sada sukhi'. You may skip your dinner, and have some soups and smoothies at night. If you feel hungry you can have one cup of milk with turmeric.  

           • Important  points  to be followed. •

  1. Do not drink water before and after one hour of your meal.
  2. Chew your food so much, that you have liquid in your mouth and drink it.
  3. If you want to have something  after your lunch then drink buttermilk. It has so many benefits 
  4. If you want to have something  after your dinner, then drink milk and turmeric.
  5. Try to have salad first as it is lighter than your cooked  food.
  6. Do not eat some food frequently. 
  7. Have different  type  of breakfast and different  types of grains and vegetables.
  8. When you have your cooked food that is lunch of dinner take it with 50% of salad. 
  9. Try to have more consumption  of dal and veggies  as compared  to chapati and rice.
  10. Try to have wholesome  food..basmati  rice should  be avoided, it is polished  one. insted of this you can use brown rice   
  11. Don't eat that food which is pressurized  in cooker.. it minimize  the nutrients  value.
